This Affiliate Policy explains the general terms for participation in the SnapGoShop Affiliate Program.
1. Program Overview
The SnapGoShop Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through authorized affiliate links or approved promotional methods.
Participation in the program is subject to acceptance by SnapGoShop and ongoing compliance with this policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
To apply for the SnapGoShop Affiliate Program, applicants must:
- maintain an active website, blog, social media account, or other online presence
- publish original content that complies with applicable laws and platform rules
- avoid misleading, deceptive, or prohibited promotional practices
- comply with SnapGoShop brand guidelines, disclosure requirements, and applicable advertising laws
SnapGoShop reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion.
3. Affiliate Links and Qualifying Purchases
Approved affiliates may receive access to tracking links, approved promotional materials, or other program tools.
Commissions are earned only on qualifying purchases that are:
- completed directly on the SnapGoShop website
- properly tracked through approved affiliate methods
- not canceled, refunded, charged back, or identified as fraudulent
- not self-referred or generated in violation of this policy
Commission eligibility may vary by product category, promotion, or campaign.
4. Promotional Standards
Affiliates must promote SnapGoShop products truthfully and accurately.
Affiliates may not:
- make false, misleading, or unverifiable claims
- imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation that does not exist
- misrepresent product details, pricing, shipping, returns, or store policies
- use unauthorized logos, banners, or creative materials
- publish deceptive coupon, discount, or offer information
- bid on paid search terms that use “SnapGoShop” or confusing variations without written permission
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable disclosure requirements, including FTC endorsement guidelines where applicable.
5. Commissions and Payouts
Commission rates, payout schedules, and any applicable thresholds will be communicated to approved affiliates during onboarding or through program materials.
Commissions are generally reviewed after the applicable return or cancellation period has passed.
SnapGoShop may withhold, adjust, or cancel commissions for returned orders, invalid transactions, fraudulent activity, policy violations, or tracking errors.
6. Use of Brand Materials
Affiliates may use only the brand assets, product information, and promotional materials that SnapGoShop has approved for affiliate use.
All SnapGoShop names, logos, trademarks, images, and creative materials remain the property of SnapGoShop or its licensors and may not be modified or used outside the scope of the affiliate program without permission.
7. Program Changes or Termination
SnapGoShop may update, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program or any affiliate account at any time, including for:
- policy violations
- fraudulent or deceptive activity
- unauthorized advertising methods
- misuse of affiliate links or brand assets
- conduct that may harm customers or the SnapGoShop brand
If an affiliate account is terminated for a policy violation, unpaid commissions may be forfeited where permitted by law.
8. Relationship of Parties
Participation in the SnapGoShop Affiliate Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship between SnapGoShop and the affiliate.
Affiliates act as independent participants and are responsible for their own content, disclosures, taxes, and legal compliance.
