2. How Returns Work
All returns are handled directly by SnapGoShop.

Our team will review your request and issue a prepaid return shipping label.

Your return will be sent to our designated SnapGoShop Return Processing Center.

Customers will never be required to contact any third-party supplier or warehouse for returns.
This ensures a smooth and consistent return experience for all orders.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For eligible returns:

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect items:
Return shipping is 100% free, and you will receive a prepaid return label. -
Changed your mind / Did not like the item / Ordered the wrong item:
We can provide a prepaid return label upon request. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. After the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item arrives at our return processing center, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
After inspection:

Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Exchanges are available but processed as a new order.
