1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

We accept returns for the following reasons:

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition that you received them

  • With all accessories included (if applicable)


2. How Returns Work

All returns are handled directly by SnapGoShop.

  • Contact us at support@snapgoshop.com to start the return.

  • Our team will review your request and issue a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Your return will be sent to our designated SnapGoShop Return Processing Center.

  • Customers will never be required to contact any third-party supplier or warehouse for returns.

This ensures a smooth and consistent return experience for all orders.


3. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible returns:

  • Damaged / Defective / Incorrect items:
    Return shipping is 100% free, and you will receive a prepaid return label.

  • Changed your mind / Did not like the item / Ordered the wrong item:
    Return shipping is 100% free, and you will receive a prepaid return label.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item arrives at our return processing center, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.

After inspection:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:

  • Perishable items
