How do I track my order?

Tracking the status of your order is easy. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier's website to monitor the real-time status and location of your package.

Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Prepaid Return Label: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please contact us promptly to initiate the return.
  • Customer-Paid Returns: For all other return reasons — such as items you no longer want, don’t like, or changed your mind about (provided the item is unused and unopened) — the return shipping cost and shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Important Note on Return:

For items such as clothing and shoes, we strongly encourage you to refer to the size chart available in the product description before placing your order.

Returns due to incorrect size selection or reasons not considered genuine may not be approved. We reserve the right to accept returns at our discretion, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding in helping us reduce avoidable returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can promptly resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item following the process above. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

How do I initiate a return?

Initiating a return is simple just send an email to sales@snapgoshop.com. And Log in to your account on our website, go to the order history section, and select the item you wish to return. Follow the provided instructions to generate a return authorization, and then ship the item back to us using the prepaid shipping label provided.
