Snapgoshop primarily offers shipping within the United States.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within:
- 1–3 business days
(excludes weekends and holidays)
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped from one of our verified fulfillment centers.
Orders are processed and shipped out Monday – Friday.
We do our best to prioritize Standard and Express shipment orders, but with higher order volumes this is not always possible.Â
Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
If we experience unusually high order volume or delays, we will notify you by email.
Delivery Time
Our delivery timeframes vary depending on product category and warehouse location. Most orders arrive within:
United States Shipping
- Economic Shipping: 5-12 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (for domestic US orders)
- Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–5 business days
Shipping Carriers & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect in the system.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Total weight of your order
- Shipping method selected
Shipping Rates Recommended:
- Economy Shipping: $4.99 - $6.99 (5-12 business days)
- Standard Shipping: $7.99 - $9.99 (3-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: $14.99 - $19.99 (2-5 business days)

Free Shipping
Free Economy shipping is automatically applied to all orders $100.00 or more when applicable. For Standard and Express shipping methods do not qualify for free shipping.
Products that include free supplier shipping will show Free Shipping at checkout with no additional shipping charges.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery.
This occurs when:
- Items come from different warehouses
- One product is available sooner than others
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or delayed:
- Contact us first at support@snapgoshop.com
- We will contact the carrier and resolve the issue for you
- If necessary, we will issue a replacement or refund
Wrong Address Provided
If you accidentally entered the wrong address:
- Contact us immediately
- We cannot guarantee changes after the order is processed
- If the order is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address
Cancellations
Once you place your order, you may cancel or change your order before it is shipped – typically within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email to indicate when the order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges

- We stand behind all the products we sell, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
- You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
- All unused items returned with tags, original package and receipt/packing slip will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- To ship items for return, contact support@snapgoshop.com. We will confirm your order and provide a return shipping label. Securely package your items, original packaging preferred, adhere the label and drop off the package at your local shipping pick-up location.
- Exchanges are available but processed as a new order.
- For defective items, please contact support@snapgoshop.com.Â
