This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are handled for orders placed on SnapGoShop.

1. Return Eligibility

Return requests for eligible items may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must generally be:

  • unused
  • in the same condition in which it was received
  • returned with all included accessories, where applicable
  • returned in the original packaging or other secure packaging suitable for return shipment

Returns may be accepted for eligible items in cases such as:

  • damaged items
  • defective items
  • incorrect items received
  • eligible change-of-mind returns, subject to the terms below

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@snapgoshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

After your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. If the return is approved, a prepaid return label may be issued where applicable.

Returns are processed directly through SnapGoShop.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: return shipping is provided at no cost to the customer, and a prepaid return label will be issued.
  • Eligible change-of-mind returns: a prepaid return label may be provided on request. The cost of the return label may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Refunds

Once a returned item is received, it will be inspected.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after approval.

If a return does not meet the eligibility requirements in this policy, the refund may be reduced or declined.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@snapgoshop.com.

Approved exchanges are generally processed as a new order after the original item is returned and reviewed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. These may include:

  • personal care items
  • undergarments
  • hygiene-related products
  • customized or personalized items
  • perishable items

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but eligible items may still be returned in accordance with this policy.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact support@snapgoshop.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
