This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for purchases made through SnapGoShop.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Once an order has been processed, it is prepared for shipment and tracking information is provided when available.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Orders are not processed or shipped on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the delivery destination.
United States Shipping Options
- Economy Shipping: 5–12 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days, when available
Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers and Tracking
Orders may be shipped using major carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- Other established delivery partners
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- delivery destination
- total order weight
- shipping method selected
Estimated U.S. shipping rates are as follows:
- Economy Shipping: $4.99–$6.99
- Standard Shipping: $7.99–$9.99
- Expedited Shipping: $14.99–$19.99
Final shipping charges are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
Free Shipping
Free Economy shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $100 or more.
Standard and Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Where applicable, free shipping eligibility is displayed at checkout.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.
This may occur when:
- items in the order are shipped separately
- one or more items are available for shipment sooner than others
If an order is shipped in multiple packages, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@snapgoshop.com.
We will review the issue and work with the carrier as appropriate. Where applicable, a replacement or refund may be offered in accordance with our store policies.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we may contact you regarding reshipment options.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when the order has been shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms of that policy.
