Do you accept returns?

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Once an order has been processed, it is prepared for shipment and tracking information is provided when available.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Orders are not processed or shipped on the following holidays:

Free Shipping

Free Economy shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $100 or more.

Standard and Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Where applicable, free shipping eligibility is displayed at checkout.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.

This may occur when:

  • items in the order are shipped separately
  • one or more items are available for shipment sooner than others

If an order is shipped in multiple packages, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

2. How Returns Work

After your request is reviewed, return instructions will be provided. If the return is approved, a prepaid return label may be issued where applicable.

Approved returns are sent to our designated return processing location. Customers are not required to contact any outside party to request a return.
