This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and shipping-related issues are handled for orders placed on SnapGoShop.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, SnapGoShop ships within the United States only.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once an order has been processed, it is shipped from our U.S. fulfillment locations. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and at checkout.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Orders are not processed or shipped on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
United States Shipping Options
- Economy Shipping: 5–12 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days, when available
Estimated delivery dates are provided on the product page and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers and Tracking
Orders may be shipped using major carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- Other established delivery partners
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors such as:
- delivery destination
- total order weight
- shipping method selected
Estimated shipping rates for U.S. orders are as follows:
- Economy Shipping: $4.99–$6.99
- Standard Shipping: $7.99–$9.99
- Expedited Shipping: $14.99–$19.99
Final shipping charges are shown at checkout before the order is completed.
Free Shipping
Free Economy shipping is automatically applied to eligible U.S. orders of $100 or more.
Standard and Expedited shipping do not qualify for free shipping unless otherwise stated. Eligibility for free shipping, where applicable, is shown at checkout.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be delivered in more than one package.
This may happen when:
- items in the order are fulfilled separately
- one or more items are available for shipment sooner than others
If an order ships in multiple packages, separate tracking details may be provided for each shipment.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@snapgoshop.com.
We will review the issue and work with the carrier as appropriate. Where applicable, we may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our store policies.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we may contact you regarding reshipment options.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or changed before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when the order has been shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery in accordance with that policy.
